  Terrible. You call to try and make an appointment and your stuck on the phone listening to them flogging useless crap using all your phone credit. Terrible terrible way of doing business.

  As a local i have visited this clinic numerous times. Always waiting longer than 30-40 minutes past the original appointment time. When i made a suggestion to extend aopointment times out and the receptionist told me i was welcome to go to another clinic and i was being rude. She was quite the rude little thing herself. Try Mount Martha doctors... they are lovely there.

  Dr Nik Katelis is a very good Doctor..Highly recommended.

  After taking my mother for an appointment i had reason to go back to the clinic. My dealings with the receptionist was difficult to say the least. She was an unmoving cold person totally unsuited to her position dealing with ill patients. My mother still attends as she is very happy with doctor Nick. Its a pity their front line staff are not as compassionate.
